Whenever I get letters back from the state, usually a state representative, state senator, the Illinois Clerk's Office, or Democratic Counsel to the Senate President Eric Madiar's Office; I can't help but notice that they use stationary instead of regular paper. If you compare the price of paper at Staple's or Office Depot, it's quite a bit more expensive than regular paper.
